The Fern Hotel
Twenty-two rooms in a Boulder canyon, built for people who came for the trail. The lobby is planted like the forest floor: ferns, moss, deep green walls, linen that softens with every wash. The rooms are quiet on purpose. Wool, stone, one lamp warm enough to read by. Guests come down early and stay late in the lobby. That was the brief.
