Three floors of a LoDo warehouse for a team that was tired of gray. We kept the timber, painted the steel slate and put a living wall where the reception desk used to be. Desks face the windows. Meeting rooms are small and green and have doors that close. Sick days went down. Nobody has asked for a corner office.
